Formulating a yoga sequence is much easier for people who have already done yoga and are considering to restart it.

How To Choose A Yoga Routine?

It will depend upon your age, present health, flexibility and your expectations from yoga practice. A young person who is physically fit can do most of the yoga asanas without any difficulty.
