During the yoga class all participants are encouraged to learn at their own pace depending on strength and fitness levels. Focus is on learning and practicing yoga in proper way. Desired corrections and health advice is imparted to the class participants. As a result, most of the health issues are managed in a gradual manner with regular yoga practice.
