Answer
For a working women, there are lot of work at home and office. The most common problem area is lack of time for exercise and stress due to work pressure.

You can answer the following questions for me to reply to you.

1. How much time can you devote to yoga per day?

2. How many hours do you sleep at night?

3. What time do you plan to do yoga, morning or evening?

4. Have you done yoga before or are you a beginner?
