Drinking 1.2 liters of water in empty stomach to clean the bowels is it correct and safe in long run
Daily morning in empty stomach I am drinking 1.2 liters of water then waiting for 45 minutes, then only able to go toilet but without any strain. Is it healthier way of cleaning bowels? Because of this I'm losing time to do yoga asanas in morning as the stomach is full of water and subsequently getting ready to go to office.
As soon I wake up, if I am able to clear my bowels without drinking water, I can have good time for yoga asanas in morning. Also I am maintaining water intake, fiber (vegetables), still require to drink water in the morning.
Kindly suggest, your guidance will be of great help to perform yoga regularly.
