About My Yoga Classes

Explore  my online yoga classes for healthy lifestyle and peace of mind. I am an experienced and trained yoga teacher and yoga therapist.

I have been teaching yoga classes for women for last ten years. In the post Covid scenario I am taking online yoga classes. 

The classes are conducted in a relaxed manner and the style followed is classical Indian hatha yoga.and includes pranayama and meditation also. Each class is of 90 minutes duration and includes a balanced mix of 

  • yoga asanas practice
  • pranayama practice
  • yoga nidra practice
  • meditation practice
  • healthy eating advice
  • healthy lifestyle advice

During the yoga class all participants  are encouraged to learn at their own pace depending on strength and fitness levels. Focus is on learning and practicing yoga in proper way. Desired corrections and health advice is imparted to the class participants. As a result, most of the health issues are managed in a gradual manner with regular yoga practice.

One to One Yoga Sessions

We offer one to one yoga sessions

  • In case you have health issues, mobility issues and need personalised yoga class
  • In case you need few sessions to get help for starting  your home yoga practice

Pregnancy Yoga Classes

One to one classes for pre and post natal yoga

Yoga Therapy

In case you need yoga therapy for a specific health or emotional issues. We offer customised help for management of  various health issues like Backache, Sinus, Anxiety, Stress Management, Menstrual Problems, Asthma, Thyroid, Hypertension, Migraine, Vertigo and Digestive System Diseases
