Weight Loss With Kapalabhati
I already do kapalabhati daily but I don't lose weight. How can I lose my weight?
You have not mentioned your age, weight and your weight loss targets. Also, you have not mentioned exact yoga sequence followed by you.
It is understood that you are only doing kapalabhati pranayama for weight loss. Although, kapalabhati pranayama is known to reduce cholesterol and weight, it is not advisable to depend on a single asana or pranayama to lose weight.
I suggest you start with a yoga sequence of one hour daily and once you pick up strength, focus more on the asanas for weight loss and kapalabhati.
If your body is not fit and you do kapalabhati it may have damaging effect on your health. Kapalabhati generates immense energy and your body must be capable to holding the energy.
Therefore losing weight by following short cuts is not recommended. Plan for a long term plan to reduce your weight gradually over a period of time by focusing on exercises for weight loss.
