Tummy Reduction With Yoga Poses

Is there any yoga pose to reduce tummy? If yes, then how long it takes to reduce tummy. I am now 23 yrs old.


Hello Parveen

No weight loss will be effective without self discipline in eating and regular exercise. Weight loss is possible with yoga only if you follow yogic diet principles. Practice moderation in diet, do regular yoga (asanas, pranayama and meditation) and sleep well.

Even if you lose weight with yoga, you have to make efforts to maintain your weight. Best alternative is to continue with yoga even after achieving weight loss.
