Running With Less Effort!

I've been running for a several years now. I was introduced to yoga about two months ago. Awareness of my breathing has helped considerably, but I've also become aware of how the whole body can work together as a system. I'm simply amazed at what I've learned in such a short time.

Running and yoga! Great combos I've recommended to my students/clients for years. Great for you to have cleaned up your sensitivity through breath to notice the fluidity your body is enjoying.
It is as if the layers start to peel away, unfolding more YOU, as you stay connected with your breath! Thank you for your revelation.
