No Cheeks Small Bony Face
Hello, I am 25 years lady with 5'1" height and 50 kg weight. But my face is very thin and dull. I want to get chubby cheeks. My marriage is in June 2012. Please help me.
1. Please accept my best wishes for your forthcoming marriage. For your face and skin to look good, it is essential that health of your mind and body improves. In this case, yoga can be ideal exercise. But you have to do yoga with faith, patience and strong determination. Since you may be expecting fast results, there is a need to learn personally from an experienced yoga teacher. Alternatively do basic course of Art of Living.
2. Yoga teacher can show the path. Progress will depend on your determination to do yoga regularly.
3. You can read a motivating story about "how yoga can change a person in 4 months". You have to build up a faith in yourself that you will do yoga regularly and it will improve your health.
4. You need to eat healthy and nutritious food. Do regular exercise so that the food is optimally utilised for supplying nutrients to the body.
5. Your focus areas should be as follows:
~ Detoxification of your body.
~ Healthy Eating.
~ Sleeping 7 to 8 hours a day.
~ Avoid Stress and remain cheerful.
~ Regular exercise.
6. You must concentrate more on stretching poses and complete body relaxation. If you can do meditation for 20-30 minutes a day that can be ideal.
7. I suggest you consult a yoga teacher locally and spare one to one and a half hour daily for yoga. You will find the difference in your face and personality within a month.
