Food and lifestyle changes heal

Food and lifestyle changes heal

About 6 years ago I developed severe stomach problems. After further investigation I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome?

I could not think to live the rest of my life with IBS.

So I began a journey that gradually transformed my life.

By practicing yoga and providing my body with a more balanced intake of fiber, more whole grains, fruits and vegetables has improved my health dramatically.

What kind of yoga poses help out for IBS?
by: Anonymous

Please share what kind of yoga poses helps for ibs?

Editors Note
More than focusing on specific yoga poses, you have to control your diet and stress levels. Take more of alkaline foods. Aloevera juice can benefit you. Practice more of shavasana, yoga nidra and anulom vilom pranayama for achieving a relaxed state of mind which will aid your digestive system. You may seek dietary advice from an ayurvedic practitioner.

Hope it helps
