Changed My Lifestyle

by Kailash Waghmare
(Nagpur, India)

I was very lazy after my marriage. I have two children and I work at private ltd company. I have lot of problems in my life so some times I take drinks with my friend. Once upon a time I take canabis (Bhang) overdose. I felt very uncomfortable in my regular life. I was going through lot of anxiety and other chemical imbalance in my brain so I felt like mad.

I can not explain my painful and mad feelings, I felt I am going to die soon.

Now for last two monthss, I have started yoga. I learned from Yoga classes of Baba Ramdev on Astha channel. Now I am feeling amazing changes in my life. I feel I am born again and feel fresh every morning and night. I wake up early in the morning at 4:00 A.M and start yoga from 4:45 A.M. My whole day now is full of strength.

Readers would appreciate if you could explain in detail about how did you start with yoga. It is assumed that the changes does not happen overnight.
