I am 28 years old girl, I have never tried yoga before but now I want to practice yoga for my better health. I naturally have a flexible body. I have gone through all of your yoga beginners information about different sitting, standing and relaxation asanas, but I am really confused here. Where to start, as a first step what pose or asana I should begin or do I need to do all the asanas. Can you give me any idea from which asana I should start practicing yoga and after that what should I do next.
