I am Sushil Kumar. I am doing pranayama for a month. Now days some time I feel vibration in my legs and some time my leg sleeps. Is it good or bad?

Initially on doing pranayama, you may feel vibrations due to flow of energy. But gradually this will go away. In what pose do you sit for pranayama? If your leg sleeps, try to change the sitting pose, or take a break from pranayama and sit in a relaxed sitting position for a while. Initially your body is not accustomed to sit in a particular pose for longer time. With practice you will be able to sit for a longer duarion in any of your favourite sitting pose, padma asana, vajra asana or sukhasana.
