I want to start yoga to lose post pregnancy weight. I had my second baby one year back and suffering from back pain and have gained a lot of weight.
Stretching exercises before yoga helps to warm up the body for doing yoga asanas. These exercises are basically to exercise the joints and muscles through slow movements. We rotate or move joints to make the joints more flexible. These are also called sukshma vyayam.
