Yes, you can very well start yoga at 37 years and master advanced yoga asanas.
Making progress in yoga at a faster rate depend on the following:
~ Learning from an experienced teacher
~ Time available for yoga, devote at least two hours daily for yoga
~ Preferably practice two times a day
~ Practice strict diet control, eat only as much is required
~ Be regular in yoga practice
Do yoga regularly for a year and you will be amazed at your own progress. Even if there are some breaks in your yoga practice, be determined to start again.
