Which Should Be Done First Among Meditation, Pranayama, Running, Asans?
I am little bit confused to select which one should be done first and how to maintain these respectively. It is very difficult to select which should done first. I do yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, running.
So kindly suggest which should be done 1st,and in a sequential manner in a day.
Do not do running after doing yoga. It is recommended that you either do running before yoga or do yoga in evening and running in morning and vice versa. Here are three options:
1. Yoga asanas
Option - II
Morning : Do Running
Evening : Do Yoga Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation
Option - III
Morning : Do Yoga Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation
Evening : Do Running
