Running And Yoga
I am preparing for joining army. So in morning I go for walk and run. Can I go for yoga after 10 km running because at that time I do not have energy?
It is not advisable to do yoga when you are tired. It is advisable that you take rest after your running and if possible do some yoga stretches.
However, if you do not feel too much tired after running, you can do yoga after taking rest for say 15 minutes or so. Otherwise, it is suggested that you do yoga in the evening.
