I am doing kapalabhati and after that some bending excercise. But when I saw your site I read that we should not do any other workout after kapalabhati. I am depressed. Will it cause a problem to me and what types of problem please tell me? Can I do bending exercise after 30 minute after doing kapalabhati?

Kapalabhati is a shat kriya which is to be done after asanas to get its maximum benefits. Asanas make our body physically fit and shat kriyas cleanse our organs internally. At the end do pranayama practices to get prana energy and purification of mind.
