Eating And Drinking With Yoga

When we finish our yoga exercise in the morning how much difference should we keep for drinking cup of tea after yoga?
You can take light refreshments 30 minutes after your yoga practice. As the body is relaxed and detoxified after doing yoga, you must take satvik drink after your yoga practice. It is preferable to drink warm milk, freshly prepared juices or green tea. For taking meals wait for one hour after yoga practice. Eat easily digestible food. Oily, spicy and heavy food is not recommended after yoga practice.
