Betty Hoops : Lightness And Hula Loops

In 1997 I finished my Anusara certification. Soon after, I discovered how the larger hula hoop can be a one pointed movement yet a bit more playful than yoga. I apply alignment, breath, form and motion into my classes. Both practices have transformed my life so much and it is my passion to share this with others.
I like to dance with in the space which connects breath vs. form, mind vs. body, muscles vs. bones and earth vs. water.
I designed a collapsible padded hoop which is manufactured with a soft foam padding. I use isolations and core extensions in my program to increase one's sports performance. Many yoga teachers find they become more stable and fluid in their life & yoga practice because of this.
