Anulom Vilom Using Right And Left Hand

When I do anulom vilom, I feel tired by right hand than I use left one and then right one. Is it right to use both hand one by one or I should use only right hand.

As a beginner your hands will get tired in few minutes. You can use both your hands alternately.
