I went to Kaivalyadhama in Mumbai to join for yoga classes..There I was examined by Dr.Mehta and I was taught the yogasanas by the instructor Ms.Shakuntala. Before starting the classes I sat for a counseling session with Dr.Sreekrishna.
The classes were just designed to get rid of my back pain initially and it progressed systematically..Except for a few, I am trained on almost every exercises.

Today I am very active and no more back pain...
Sir,I am 55 plus but people refuse to believe so.:)

Thanks to yoga, it really transformed my perception of life. I am cool and calm all the time.

Any one would find my talking interesting for I can motivate them and induce confidence in them.
once again a big thanks to Yoga..And let me take this space to thank my doctors and instructors in Mumbai. God Bless..
