Yoga For Looking Younger!

Actually I started doing yoga even without knowing that its yoga. Since it was taught to me as an exercise in my school, I happened to do it as a daily routine. But as days went by and I had a perfect body, people started questioning me about how I look young. Being a mother of two and in mid thirties, it was but natural for people to ask me how I maintained my body perfectly. I understood then how yoga has helped me to be fit and perfect. Now I have learnt to do some asanas perfectly so that I need not go for any cosmetic corrections. It really helps...
