My name is Priya and I am doing yoga for past two years. Yoga can do miracles for our health. I tried it on myself. I started as a beginner but after sometime I felt that my body is very flexible now I can do headstand pose without support. I have two kids after second delivery, I was feeling knee joint pain but after starting yoga and I could get relief from that problem. Now I can do lotus pose without any stiffness in joints. My advice to all friends is that make yoga part of your life to stay healthy and happy.
