Yoga At 60 Years
I had back pain and cold allergy for ten years. Doctors were prescribing medicines only. But nobody was ready to tell how to prevent them. At the age of 60 years, I have started yoga and find that within four weeks pain and allergy completely stopped. It is so wonderful. No medicine,but complete relief.
