Yoga And Jogging

I practice yoga since I was younger. When I was 30 years old, my physician found high triglycerides and cholesterol in my blood. I improved my vegetarian diet, and my yoga exercises. However, the problem goes on. Then, we found my problem was genetic, my metabolism was too low. In order to improve my metabolism, I have been jogging successfully. I practice my yoga exercises and jogging in different sections or days. When I practice the same day, first yoga and after 30 or 60 minutes jogging.
