Low calorie foods that you can eat as much as you like are as follows:
Salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, radish, sprouts, home made clear soups, butter milk without sugar, tea/coffee without sugar, lemon water without sugar.
Foods to be taken in moderation are as follows:
All cereals, pulses, toned milk, fresh fruits and all vegetables.
Foods to be strictly avoided are as follows:
All fats, sugar, jaggery, puddings, ice cream, cheese, honey, all starchy vegetables (potatoes, sweet potato and arbi), maida(refined flour), cornflour, all nuts fruits like mango chikoo(sapodilla, banana, aerated drinks, sherbets ,canned juices, all types of processed foods and fast foods.
Also, all alcoholic drinks are to be strictly avoided.
