Relief from Stress and Anxiety with Yoga
I used to suffer a lot because of my anxiety issues. And this used to affect my physical health also as I used to have severe headaches and even used to vomit whenever there was something stressful.
Then I contacted Daljit Aunty for help with yoga sessions. She guided me with yoga poses, yoga breathing and meditation which was very beneficial to get over my anxiety.
When I had my board exams I was in deep pressure. But yoga and meditation practice helped me stay calm. The most commendable thing is that I was given a personal touch and always made to feel at home. In true sense I was helped and I found my guru. I have become a more confident girl. Daljit aunty is a very beautiful person inside out. She has helped me grow and the positivity she radiates makes me happy and makes me want to go to her more often.
