While morning walking, can I do Kapalabhati?
All pranayama must be done while sitting in any meditative yoga pose on yoga mat. In case a person is not able to sit on the yoga mat on the ground, pranayama can be done sitting on a chair, keeping the back erect.
It is not recommended to do kapalabhati while walking. While walking you can only do rhythmic breathing or deep breathing whereby you can take deep breaths and synchronise your breathing with your steps. Let us say you inhale in 4 steps and then exhale in 4 steps.
Best approach is to enjoy the walking, and take deep breaths consciously without straining yourself with equal inhalation and exhalation time, with or without synchronising with your steps.
