Question:. Is eating food twice a day good for yoga beginners? Like eating in the morning and night. Is it good for yoga beginner?
If you do not feel too much hungry during the day and can manage with two meals, there is nothing wrong in eating two meals a day.
In breakfast eat fruits or drink milk. You can take an early lunch between 12 P.M. to 1 P.M. Have an early dinner around sunset. The meal timings must be around the same time each day.
Do not starve yourself. If you feel hungry between meals, eat healthy snacks, fruits, nuts or vegetable salads in between your meals.
