I am 20 years girl. What should I take in my diet?
1. You must eat moderately and do regular yoga or any other exercise to stay fit. You must not skip meals.
2. Try to eat nutritious and healthy food. Eat more of fresh fruits, green vegetables and sprouts. Soups are also recommended. Avoid refined flour bread and other processed food.
3. Drink milk and eat nuts daily to have a glowing skin.
4. Always eat fresh food. Avoid eating stale food or processed food. Avoid eating out as far as possible. Avoid fast food and sugar.
5. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
6. In case you are under stress, relax for a while and then eat food.
7. Eat whatever you like as long as it is nutritious and healthy.
8. As far as possible, do not eat any thing after sunset. Have early dinner and enjoy seven to eight hours of sleep.
