I am unable to do breathing exercise more than 1-2 minutes.
I want to increase my breathing speed. I feel very uncomfortable while doing breathing exercises.
1. You have not mentioned your age or anything about your health in general. But if you feel uncomfortable doing breathing exercises, stop immediately and do these exercises under supervision of an expert yoga teacher. Seek help of your doctor too.
2. If you feel uncomfortable, either there is some medical issue or your technique is not correct. Seek advice before proceeding further.
