Yoga At Old Age
I have started yoga at the age of 60 for pack pain. Now I find not only my hips, but also my legs and feets become energised so that I am climbing in the staircases to my office room in the second floor just like morning walk.
No breathing difficulties and no leg pain. Earlier my feets were looking old and I was very much worried. Now they are looking like 25 years old young man's feet. My leg muscles are made strong and flexible so that I can stand for more than one hour.
For last 15 years back I was unable to run to catch the townbus. Now I find find no difficulty.
Yoga becomes integeral part of my life just like breathing which is automatic.
