Time gap between yoga and sleep?

If i do yoga in the evening, how much time gap should be there between doing yoga and going to sleep at night?



Answer

There must be two to three hours gap between your yoga practice and time for sleeping. As after doing yoga you will feel energised and you may have difficulty in going to sleep.
