I was going through severe tensions within the family and I could not concentrate on anything. Always wanted to cry even when I was traveling, I used to cry without the notice of any body. Then I became an ASTHMA patient. For three years I was suffering from Asthma.

One day when I was surfing, just noticed the site and subscribed for the course. The very first E book sent by them was an eyeopener for me and I was eagerly waiting for the free seven lessons of yoga. Within a short span of time I feel the difference in my life. I can now ignore the small tensions and can concentrate more in my work. I feel more self confidence and waiting to do more yoga work outs now. Thanks to this miracle course. Whenever I feel tensed I used to read the e-book short stories to pacify my mind.
