Answer
While doing shift duty, your commitment to do yoga regularly is commendable. If you give No. 1 priority to yoga, you will find time for yoga in your busy schedule.

Here is a suggested schedule for one hour of yoga practice. However, as you carry on with yoga practice, you can make your own schedule or make changes to this schedule.

Day 1, Day 2
Duty Time: (04:30 A.M to 12:30 P.M) , Yoga Time : Evening (5 P.M to 6 P.M)

Day 3, Day 4
Duty Time : (12:30 P.M to 8:30 P.M) , Yoga Time : Morning (6 A.M to 7 A.M)

Day 5, Day 6
Duty Time : 8:30 P.M to 4:30 A.M), Yoga Time : Evening (5 P.M to 6 P.M)

Day 7 : It is up to you to take a day off or do yoga in the morning.

Hope this helps
