Pranayama and then asana
by: Anonymous

Is there any issue if I do Aasans after Pranayam?

Editors Note
You can do that but it is not recommended.

Asana works on our physical body while pranayama deals with the channelization of energy or prana throughout our body and provide deep rest and relaxation.

Hope it helps
Daljit
