Morning Tea And Yoga

1. I need to have a cup of tea in the morning to empty my bowels. How soon after this can I start doing my yoga

Answer
You can do yoga 30 minutes after having a cup of tea. It will be better if you have tea withour sugar. Another option is to try warm water with lime juice and a spoon of honey.

2. Can I do a short (maybe 20 minutes treadmill run) before doing the asanas

Answer
Yes, you can do treadmill run before doing yoga, but take some time to cool down before starting yoga.

3. Is it correct to do Pranayam before or after the other Asana?

Answer
Do pranayama after doing yoga asanas.
