Hello Daljit.. I am 61 years old and live in Johannesburg South Africa. I tore knee ligaments after a bad fall in 2015 and I felt my recovery was too slow. I had read up about the benefits of yoga. Whilst watching a Vinyasa yoga class at my local gym, the teacher encouraged me to join in despite my weak knee and is careful to guide and help me.
I am making slow but good progress and try to do two 75 minute classes every week. I can now walk without limping and my confidence has improved. I hope to start jogging again in the near future.
I get a lot of extra information about yoga from your online lessons. In time, I hope I can get a 30 minute routine from your lessons to do on my own in my garden. The more photographs of the asanas the better for me.
