Can We Do Pranayama After Meals?

Which time is the best for pranayama? Can we do pranayama after meals also?


Best time to do pranayama is early morning time on empty stomach.

~ Early morning oxygen concentration is high and enviroment is peaceful.
~ In the morning, you feel fresh and your body is ready for assimilating the energy generated by pranayama practice.
~ When the stomach is empty, digestive system does not overload the body, and all your energy can be devoted for pranayama practice.

Pranayama should not be done after meals as there should be a gap of three hours after meals.
